Liberty to Acquire Technotape USA
Synergistic Acquisition Further Strengthens Commitment to the Imaging Industry
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., November 5, 2009 – Liberty Synergistics, Inc., the premier source for the development and distribution of lifestyle photo products (photo gifting), lab consumables, custom lab solutions, equipment, replacement parts, and professional photography equipment, in North America, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Technotape USA, expected to close November 5th.

Current customers will not experience any interruption in service during this transition as Liberty has and will continue to work diligently to consolidate systems, inventory and part numbers.
